ELIGIBILITY

Welcome to Providence Place: where you are connected, supported, and finally home.

At Providence Place, we believe that a roof overhead is only the beginning; everyone deserves a foundation where they can truly flourish. By bridging the gap between being unhoused and accessing life-changing support, we offer more than just deeply affordable housing—we provide a direct link to the essential services that foster long-term stability and well-being. This is a community designed to ensure that help is always within reach, offering those who need it most not just a residence, but a genuine sense of belonging and a clear path forward.

Housing Eligibility

Providence Place is a premier coordinated housing and care model designed for individuals overcoming homelessness, offering a sanctuary where specialized professional support and independent living meet.

Who Qualifies?

To be eligible for residency, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Housing Status: Must currently be experiencing unsheltered homelessness. This includes living in an emergency shelter, a safe haven, or a place not meant for human habitation (e.g., cars, parks, or the streets).

  • Residency: Applicants must be current residents of Brevard County, Florida.

  • Referral Process: To be considered for placement: if you are currently experiencing homelessness, please connect with a case manager at one of our Providence Connects Outreach Access Points or through another local agency. From there, we will enter your information into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and assess your eligibility for the program.
