No one left behind
While the Fee Avenue campus closed in May 2025, the mission of “ensuring that no one faces hunger or homelessness alone” continues through street outreach and basic-needs access points.
STREET OUTREACH
Housing Focused Street Outreach is the first point of contact for individuals who are living unsheltered. Providence Connects deploys two mobile units with professional case managers to engage with people where they are, build trust, and offer services such as healthcare and emotional support. Case managers will also help connect individuals to additional services, including housing, and encourage them to begin their journey toward stability.
BASIC NEEDS ACCESS POINTS
Our food truck delivers hot, chef-prepared meals directly to unsheltered individuals across Melbourne. Combined with a hot shower and clean change of clothes and mobile case management, this model ensures equitable access to food and essential care for those living outdoors.
